Common Questions about Vacation Rental Homes
What time is check-in?
Check-in starts at 4pm. All efforts are made to have homes ready by check-in time, but we cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances. Housekeeping and all maintenance personnel must provide services between occupancies for every home.
What if I am arriving late?
We understand if you need to arrive later in the day. All of our homes have lock boxes so that you have the flexibility to arrive on your schedule, not ours.
Are your houses pet-friendly?
Yes, we do have some homes that are pet-friendly. Please check that the house you are interested is pet-friendly by visiting our Vacation Rentals section.
Where is your town located?
We are located in the high desert of Central Oregon, just north of Bend. Please refer to our Driving Directions section for more details on finding your way to our area.
What time is check-out?
Check-out time is 11am.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you would like to cancel your reservations more than 30 days in advance, there is a $100.00 fee. There is no refund on bookings that are canceled within less than 30 days, unless we can re-book for the days reserved.
How do I get directions to the home?
Upon receipt of your reservation and after the first payment has been processed, your reservation packet will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours. Upon final payment the address, directions to the home and helpful information about the home will be emailed to you. Please bring this with you as it includes your instructions to open the home.
